The role
What you'll do
Keep the kitchen’s essential support work moving: clean equipment, a ready dish area, orderly storage and a safe working environment. This is a practical, team-critical role that helps every service run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Wash and organise cookware, utensils and service equipment, returning items promptly to the right place.
- Keep dish, waste and storage areas clean and follow the kitchen’s hygiene routines.
- Support receiving and safe storage of deliveries and alert the team to low supplies or equipment issues.

- A dependable, hands-on approach and readiness to take on physical work throughout a shift.
- Able to keep pace, follow instructions and ask for clarification when needed.
- Care for cleanliness, safe working practices and respectful teamwork.
