Business Conduct Statement
CALM. is committed to conducting business with integrity, transparency and full compliance with the law in every jurisdiction where we operate.
Anti-bribery and corruption
We do not offer, pay, request or accept bribes, facilitation payments or improper benefits, whether directly or through third parties. We comply with Singapore's Prevention of Corruption Act 1960 and with Indonesia's anti-corruption laws.
Anti-money laundering and sanctions
We take reasonable steps to know our investors, partners and major suppliers. We do not knowingly deal with sanctioned persons or with funds from illegal sources, and we cooperate fully with financial institutions and authorities.
Tax and accounts
Each group company keeps proper accounting records, files its returns with the relevant authority (IRAS in Singapore and DJP in Indonesia), and pays the taxes it owes.
Fair employment
We pay fairly, provide the statutory benefits Indonesian law requires (including BPJS and THR), and maintain a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
Food safety
Our kitchens follow Indonesian food safety rules and hold the required licences.
Responsible sourcing
We prefer suppliers who share our standards on quality, fair treatment of workers and care for the environment.
