The role
What you'll do
Gardener supports the daily operation of Calm. Indonesia. This role works closely with colleagues to help the outlet run smoothly and thoughtfully.
Responsibilities
- Carry out daily tasks carefully and keep relevant areas, supplies or records in good order.
- Coordinate with the outlet team so guest and back-of-house spaces are ready for service.
- Raise maintenance, safety, stock or cleanliness issues promptly.
What we're looking for
- Relevant administration, facilities, maintenance or guest-area experience is useful.
- Dependable, observant and careful with assigned duties and records.
- Comfortable coordinating with a small, hands-on outlet team.
