The role
What you'll do
Prepare and cook menu items accurately during service, keeping your station ready and working in step with the rest of the kitchen. Careful preparation, clean execution and reliable communication matter as much as speed.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items to the recipe, portion and presentation standards.
- Keep the station stocked, clean and organised before, during and after service.
- Communicate order timing and shortages clearly; follow safe handling and storage procedures.
What we're looking for
- Kitchen experience is useful; a willingness to learn recipes and work to a clear standard is essential.
- Steady, organised and able to work constructively during busy periods.
- Committed to cleanliness, teamwork and food-safety instructions.
